July 2011 median sale price decreased 20% compared to July 2010 & # homes sold increased 10% in July 2011. Year ending July 2011 median sale price compared to year ending July 2010 decreased 08% and homes sold decreased 13% year ending July 2011 compared to year ending July 2010.
