April 2010 median sale remained the same from March 2010 & # of homes sold increased 16% in April 2010.  Bank owned homes median price decreased 8% in April 2010 from March 2010.  Private owned homes median price increased 8% in April 2010 from March 2010 & # homes increased 14% in April 2010. April 2010 median sale price increased 5% from April 2009. Year ending April 2010 median sale price compared to yr ending April. 09 decreased 15%.
