August 09 median sale prices increased 20% from July 09 & # of homes sold decreased 17%. Private owned median price increased 14% in August 09 from July 09.  Bank owned homes median price decreased 12% in August 09 from July 09. 

August 09 median sale price decreased 4% from August 08 & # homes stayed the same  

Yr ending August 09 median sale price compared to yr ending August 08 decreased 23%;
