Cathy, a 30% drop in median sale price has got to hurt, unless you are a buyer. How much longer can this go on?
Cathy - some of the prices of those bank owned homes look like car prices. Somebody is getting a great deal.
Larry: Yes they do - this is the median price - some can go for $20,000 or less - depending on the condition.
