August 2010 median sale prices decreased 11% from July 2010 & a 13% increase in # of homes sold. Private owned median increased 44% in August 2010 from July 2010.  Bank owned homes median price decreased 41% in August 2010 from July 2010. August 2010 median sale price decreased 12% from August 2009. Yr ending August 2010 median sale price compared to yr ending August 2009 increased 21%.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable
