Hi Cathy, from your Rochester & Rochester Hills Michigan Market Analysis & Statistics, it looks like your market is starting to see the median closed sale price creep back up. That looks a little like (dare I say) appreciation for your sellers!
Still fluctuating but definiitely seems to be levelling and "creeping" back up as you say. Hope your market is doing well!
